Dear Sir,

I PANKAJ SONI an account holder of the PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK OF INDIA (BRANCH:LAXMI NAGAR,DELHI)(a/c no.1603001500023834), did a withdrawal of Rs.1000 on 30-10-11 around 08:30 A.M from the ATM of the home bank(A.T.M ID-H9160300),but after a minute I received two sms’s, one regarding the withdrawal of the amount of RS.1000,and the other stating the withdrawal of Rs.7000(which I never made). I immediately called the bank’s helpline regarding the same. They lodged my complaint.(no.56461953)dated 30-10-11 and asked me to give a call back after a week. I called the helpline(on 07-11-11) to sought the details of my complaint, and they told me that my complaint is rejected, and asked me to visit the branch for more details. I visited the branch on 08-11-11 and gave them the details in writing about my concern, the bank said nothing can be done as the complaint is rejected and did not accepted my written complaint. I asked the bank to give in writing asking about the rejection of my compliant. The bank did not responded.

after that i complaint to RBI ( Complaint NO. 3476) as on 19-01-2012 i call in RBI asking about my complaint status on that date RBI closed my complaint , RBI person said to me bank provided document show Rs. 7000.00 withdrawal on other ATM after Three Mints
RBI person suggested to me that case need verification and also told go to consumer court.


In this regard I request you to please look into the matter and provide me a satisfactory solution.
