i was filling online form of gate on 14th oct.... at 9.51 am. through internet banking of punjab national bank after filling form i payed amount of rs 1030 but it shoed transaction failed but my funds or amount was deducted. so i booked a compalint by callling customer care of pnb...
complaint number is 56399102.They told me it will took 3 days but after 3 days i checkd my account i didnt got it back so i called again they said it will took 2 days more i said okk. After 2 days i checked again but it wasnt there. I called them again so they told me to mail ton id of billdesk i did that but still i didnt got it back. Its been 16 days i stiil not got mty money.
