I had applied for home loan in HDFC Band vide my application 17th Feb,2010 through their representative Mr. Shailender Ranjan of HDFC Ltdd. Gr. Floor, Ansal Plaza, Dabur Chowk, Vaishali, Ghaziabad-201010 branch. Mr. Ranjan processed my application alongwioth all required docuemnts. Even aftrer a lapse of ononth nobody contacted me in spite of my continuous follow ups. When I sent a mail dt. 11.03.2010 for denying loan, since the purpose of taking loan from HDFC was defeated and I arranged loan from SBI, HDFC dropped my cheque of Rs.11030/-as process fee, which was cleared from my account on 18.03.2010.

Such callous attitude from a bank of HDFC's repute is not expected. I also sent a letter to GM HDFC Bank, with all documents i.e. email to customer care etc. , HDFC but till date I have received no reply from HDFC bank. Interestingly, they have never provide me any file no. of my case.

You are requested to intervene the matter and favour me for refund of my application money.
