Hello Sir/Madam

My name is Uma Shanker Choudhary, My ICICI account number is 000701532373. I had made the transaction from Axis Bank(ATMID-SPAW03925) Sector 22 ATM on date 23 Oct,2011 around 7:15 am in the morning. After entering my details i had entered 5000/-
for withdrawal but money and statement did not come out. Again i tried the same with the same amount and same
thing happened again. I got only ONE MESSAGE SAYING THAT I HAD WITHDRAWN 10,000/- . No security guard was present at that time,
one more person was there after me, I witnessed the same happening to him. I was there for more than half an hour.
A person came in with Axis bank ATM card, His transaction was successful.

I went to ICICI bank and saw the mini-statement the date was mismatch in statement, It was showing 24 Oct.

I spoke to customer care at that time my SR number is - 194772326, he told me i'll get my money in seven days but on 2nd nov ,

I got few words from Branch Manager of ICICI bank that day also and I was told that transaction was successful on that day.

I strongly believe that nobody got the money from the ATM after me on that day. I even waited there for so long.

If you really want to ensure me then please show me a video of that day for that particular time. I believe if you see the video, you will get to know that money never came out!

Concern with Axis bank on this if possible for you.

I am not a fool that I have been fighting with you since so many days for the money.

I tried but money did not come, and you counted the money in.

By seeing the severity of this issue, I would request you to take this issue on high severity as there is some serious bug which is causing this issue. Don’t see just statement and revert! Check this issue as it has happened to you then you would understand!

Please go to the depth of the issue and figure it out what really happened on that day? I believe that you are smart people and you will come out with some solution.
