Hi,

I have a salary account with RBS Bank (previously called ABN AMRO bank) Account no: 1515457.
On November 2nd 2011, 4.51 PM someone has used duplicate debit card and stolen 17500/- from my account, and 500/- rupees swiped in some shopping mall (overall 18000/-rupees). From the Bank by phone SMS I got to know it has been stolen from Banglore giri nagar ATM. I am in chennai.
On the next day November 3rd I have raised a complaint in RBS sterling road branch and in Customer care, customer care reference number is 3756 and the person dealing with this case is Amirtha Contact number : 044-42224007, I have been following up with this complaint for past 2 months and have not received any replay or even a single call from the bank side till now.

Request you to do the needful to get a proper response from the bankside.

The above case has been resolved by the bank on yesterday , thru our HR we have spoken with the corporate account head and resolved the problem, the amount has been credited.
