This is regarding my credit card bill that was issued to me forcibly after hundreds of calls from the bank as a privileged customer with them. I never believed in having a credit card but due to their end number of calls, just to stop their calling I had taken one.
All my bills were also given on time but in one of the bills, they had added late fee charges and when I asked them, they said that it was by mistake as I had told them all the cheque nos. and date on which I had paid my last bill.
Also, I had to call them again and agian to send me a revised bill so that I can make the payment as there wsa no reply from the bank.
It was since then, I am getting bills every month with the late fee added and obviously, the bank just says "We regret that you have had reasons to be dissatisfied with our services."
Still they are not ready to reverse the amount.
