I have invested Rs. 9000/- in Aryarup Tourism & Club Resorts Pvt Ltd., in the mentioned company. There is scheme for 4 Month, I invested the amt on 16/11/2009 & Maturity date end on 16/03/2010 but till date I have not received the Refund Amount....(As per the Schme I have to get Rs. 27000/-)
Over a Period of 2 Months still I'm not getting amout or or any safactory information from Aryarup some times I have called to Customer Service of Aryarup I get the feed back this is none of our Matter....
Please suggest what Can I Do ?????

My father invested 50000/- in Aryarup Tourism & Club Resorts Pvt. Ltd. They were supposed to send the returns of 1.2 L by Apr'10. They didn't do it. They even never notified us about any updates etc. When i called today, i.e. 14 June 2010, they say i'm being rude and that many people fell into id theft and lost their money, but i saved yours. When i asked where is my dad's money, he said it has been re-invested. Without our permission. They re-invested by their own will. Now they say, the maturity month is Sep'10.
I can disclose many names if this forum supports our concerns and see to it that every investor's money shall be duly paid.
