Dear Parul,

In May 2011 we contacted HDFC AMC and we have sent the relevant/required documents to HDFC AMC nearest office which is in cannuaght place,New Delhi.And it was said that the transmission of units will be done after receiving the documents.But in Oct 2011 we have received a letter from AMC office thet documents were incomplete while it was said in May 2011 that the documents were complete.

Plz revert for this deviation from your stand and else I have to register a complaint on "http://www.consumercourtforum.in/" against you if not replied by End of Day .

Unit holders can either choose to opt for an online view of the statement or receive a statement by email to a registered email ID with us. Sir,

With reference to the folio number :3022264 /89 of HDFC AMC on the name of Mr. Karun Arora ,I want to convey that the folio account holder is deceased and the folio was ought to be transfered on his wife's name and the said application with affidavit attested from notary was done on 11th may 2011 .But I lament on the process flow of HDFC AMC that there is only one office in Delhi that is in Cannaught Place and it is too hard to go and fulfill formalities again and again.The said formality was done on 11th May 2011 and it is a great delay from HDFC side that in this situation also they are oscillating in the formalities required .The papers were sent to office through post and they were returned back for no reason.

Plz look into the situation and revert as the call center is unaware how to proceed with the situation and there are no complaint offices or regional nodal officers so that I may proceed.
