Dear sir,

This is meghna lathia here; i had got a call from hsbc credit card customer care executive, she had called me last noon and without talking polietly she started screaming and abusing for not doing the payment and scaring me that if i dont do the payment he will send a guy to my office and do fight in office.

Also sir i waws using card in 2007 and then after i am not using this card, they had charged some wrong charges in my account for which i was constantly following up with there excutive for 3 months then didnt replied anything and now after 3 years when the financce charges is reached to 65/70 thousand they are forcing me to do the payment for the same.

its really ridiculous that having a smooth relationship with the bank for 3 years they didnt thought to sort at that monent and that too after 3 years they are calling and sending us notices to make the payment.

I hope that the govt will seriously take a call on it and ask the bank to not to abuses like this.
