1. With due respect, I beg to state that following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please.
2. I was opened a new account No 20047340852 in SBI Rangapahar Brach but my RANK wrongly printed of my PASS BOOK, CHECK BOOK and my ATM CARD.
3. I requested that my correct Rank WARRANT OFFICER Kamlesh Pd Sah instead of SEPOY Kamlesh Pd Sah, Please amendment of my Rank in my pass book, Check book and New ATM Card.
4. Complained already sumitted Rangapahar Branch but not response this complain.
