I am a senior citizen saving account holder of state bank of India branch Narangi.

I have submitted the request for my cheque book against my account way back on dated 17th sept. 2011 but till date I failed to received my cheque book at my residental address.

The bank clerk on asking after a week reported that he can not do any thing as my request has submited to head office.

I am a senior citizen and can not move from my home due to the health problem and due to delay in the delivery of my cheque I find it very difficult to do my current affair work.

I request from the Officers of the state bank of India to process my request on the priority basis to resolve my problem and issue the cheque.
