dear sir.
i have account in sbbj mandawar dausa, i requested for atm card i got my atm card on my address but the bank has deducted 200 rupee from my account as "ATM REPLACEMENT CHARGE".its my first atm card from this account i didnot get any atm card before by the bank.as per rule of bank first atm will be issued to customer for free of cost. if customer requested for other card then bank will charge 200 rupee. but in my case bank has charged on my first atm card. i gave application regarding my complain 2 month back but bank didnot take any action. they are not giving any attention on this complain. please help me so that i can get my 200 rupee back .

i opened salary account in hsbc gariahat branch kolkata 700029. as per bank rules salary account is as zero balance account. bank dont charge if this account dont maintain minimum charge.but in my case bank is continousaly charging. bank has charge approx 6000 rupee on my account.after these charges i am not using this accout but bank is still charging. i requested to bank to reverse these charges but they didnot give any attention.even bank didnot notify me about these charge by account statement.
now i am in trouble what to do next?please help me.
