    POOR RESPONSE OF CHIEF MANAGER, SBI, DELHI CANTT

    Dear Sir,
    This is i connection with bad behavior & poor response by Mr Vinay Agarwal, Chief Manager, SBI, Delhi Cantt branch, Nangal Raya, New Delhi-110046 (mob #9811358670).
    I have tried to contact him atleast 20 times over a period of last one month regarding dispatch of ATM Pin in respect of my daughter Lt Sneiha Gurung , SBI Acct No.31109958347 but his response has been awfully bad. He informed me that the PIN has been dispatched to SBI, Derrabassi on 20 May 2010 by Speed Post. She has not received it till date. On my enquiring after 5-6 regular calls he gave me an invalid Speed Post number - RLA5212 dated 20 May 2010. On tracking it on internet it says that the given number is not a valid number. After that I have tried to contact Mr Agarwal a number of times to get the correct number but he switches off his mobile. I have even sent my person thrice on different dates including twice today (07 Jun 2010) first at 11 am and then at 3 pm to contact him personally and take the correct Speed Post number but he has not been able to give him the same.
    May I therefore request you to give suitable directions to Mr Agarwal to give the correct Speed Post number to enable me / my daughter to track the whereabouts of the PIN which has been dispatched on 20 May 2010. You are also requested to take appropriate action as deemed fit against Mr Vinay Agarwal for his awful and poor behavior towards SBI customers. It is with lot of faith and SBI’s good response towards Army personnel that I had advised my daughter to open her account with the SBI on being commissioned into the Army.
    I have been unable to find any valid telephone number or email ID to forward my above complaint and request, hence I am forwarding it to you with a request to forward it to the appropriate authority for early necessary action. Incase you are unable to do so, then please email me the details where I should forward my above complaint.

    Default complain about education loan

    Respected sir,
    This is Dharmendra Kumar s/o Mr: Pursottam Das living in Vill- Hardua joat, Post- Charwa, Block- Chail, Dist- Kauhambi., student of B.Pharm first year year from northern India engineering college, Lucknow.
    I have applied education loan for bachelor of pharmacy {B.Pharm 1st year} but problem is that from last one year daily to daily consolated & making a various types excuse by bank manager and field officer to tomorrow.
    I muching around to bank manager and field officer in Manauri bazar kaushambi till the today but they donot giving any response and calling for next day,after the applied education loan online registration( SBI-EL: 10000095652) and also submitted all required documents related to education loan.
    I requested to you please help a poor farmer son (student) for career sake and i have left fews day for submit course fees.

    My name is Mohammad Abbas s/o Mr. Abdul Waheed Pirthigunj street KANTH Moradabad-244501 MOB.09760497520 And I am doing MBA from Lovely Professional University,Phagwara.As I am a resident of Kanth Distt,Moradabad. I have visited The local SBI branch Code 2556 several times but the bank manager has totally refused me to provide the Education loan as I have all the documents needed for the education loan. He has seen that documents but after that he refused to provide me the loan by saying that SBI will not senction the loan and we can apply the loan in any other bank.
    Kindly help ..As I need that loan for my further studies.

    Respected Sir,
    Today I go to SBI Bank Vadgaon B.k sinhagad Road Pune to fill the Chalan for the gate exam
    But their staff member do not co operate with me well .I think that They do not give the values to students.
    As per my openion it is govt. bank It must co operate with all the person very well.

    respected sir,

    today i went to SBI branch IIT, HAUZ KHAS NEW DELHI.BRANCH CODE--1077 for filling up of GATE-challan form.Firstly bank opens at 10 in the morning no one was available till 12. even then a mam came who was authorized for a diffferent designation. Then she was working too slow that she was able to fill a single challan in a lon time of 10mins. So the queue went long and everyone faced a lot of inconvenience.
    There they also said that we will only submit challan of IIT staff or IITans...we had no value there. So if a bank is going to do like this,u say where shud we go then.Rightly saying they dont give any value to students. sometimes they also behave very rudely.
    when she came at 12 she said ill only work till 2..and thats for all and aftr 2 ill not submit challans of non-IITans. Is this a way..okay if it is an iit branch you can give preference to an IITan if he is present but when no one from IIT is there why you bother so much.
    Really i had to face a lot of inconvenience. take immediate action at your end.

    Default blocking of ATM card by customer care executive without ay request

    respected sir,
    i,BIJAY KUMAR PODDAR is a customer of sbi bank and bearing its ATM(card no.6220180007300087322).on 15th oct,i talked with customer care executive for the t-pin no.unfortunately,it was given wrong due to mistake.on this,executive blocked my ATM angrily and with out my request and cut the call.when i contact again for unblocking the ATM card,all said to give a written aplication to respective branch.sir,i m in other state and filing an application is not possible.this is creating a huge problem.being a customer of sbi,i m very harassed by the bank.pls take a quick action on this so that i will be releived as early as possible.

    Question initial amount not aded in lager and misuse of my signature

    Dear Sir,

    I have openig a/c in Nov 2010,
    1). from since my initial amount not accounted in bank ladger.
    2). to till ATM pin not recieved from bank and misused my signature By branch manager and wrong information provided by him to his Senier.

    REFRENCE SBI COMPLAINT NO AT 2033620266 dated 19.10.2010 AND ALSO TO THE BRANCH OFFICE CODE NO 02033 vide journal no 106363000 AND 106301000 ATM ID NO SIOA 000074017 AND SIOB 000074002 VIDE RR NO 1393 AND 5033 with in a deference of 1 second between TWO MACINES , my money OF Rs 20000/- ( twenty thousands only) was debited on14.10.2010 at 16:36:41
    till date no proper reply of my complaints received .
    I also came to know from the core banking data information sheets that the ATM ID NO SIOA 000074017 was not in operations from 1604 and my last transactions
    Was on 1624 vide TXN NO 5032 was sorry unable to process vide response code 059, how suddenly after a gap of 12 minutes the machine no ATM ID NO SIOA 000074017 started automatically and had debitedfrom my A/C OF my Rs 20000/-
    POLICE FIR Lodged NO 480 DATED 21.10.2010 BIDHAN NAGAR – DURAGPUR POLICE STATION.
    REQUEST YOUR EARLY HELP .

    Default no nominee of deceased having fd accounts

    after my fathers death i got in sbi bank (uran branch) to cancel fd but they told me that my father hav'nt kept an nominee for only fd acc(4 acc) and the account from which it was transfered has an nominee so i doubted because every were for eg: health policy,lic my mother was nominee so i asked for form which had been filled by my father and also claim for system fault but they refuse it even to get the form its very impossible

    hope some body will help me or give suggestion

    my name is A.Ravi Kiran,working as a manager for Bioscape ,,,Environmental solutions, I am holding the account(30427073108) with SBI, IE Branch, Kukatpally, Hyderabad 500072, last month I have lost my ATM card and applied for new one, I got the card n went to bank nearly 15 times to collect my secret pin number, but that bank employs misplaced my pin no, them I called to customer care service, they informed me my pin and card was dispatched on 29 October, 2010, again I went to bank to collect that pin no, but they were telling till now we didnt receive Pin, later I went to post office asked about status of delivery of that letter possessing pin. they told me on 4th of November they handover in bank, the bank employees said sorry to me forced to apply for duplicate pin number, on 2 december I got the pin no from above bank and tried to get the money from ATM centre, but I was unable to get money and getting the message from atm is ,,,, pls enter the correct pin, ,,, again I consulted bank manager and told the situation, but they are saying its not my fault, pls call to customer service or try in other banks atm,

    Default Release of PF payment

    Please treat this as URGENT
    This is the complaint against AGM, BM, State Bank of India, Anna Salai Branch, Chennai.

    On 6th April I got a letter No.TNMAS/CASH/2009-2010/122/49/1C/03/03/2010/11 dated 12.03.2010 addressed to the State Bank of India, Jawahar Chowk Branch, Above Archana Pathology, New Market, Bhopal and copy to me wherein I found that the cheques has been sent to the wrong address as State Bank of India instead of State Bank of Indore. When I have mentioned in application form as “ STATE BANK OF INDORE, JAWAHAR CHOWK BRANCH, ABOVE ARCHANA PATHOLOGY, NEW MARKET, BHOPAL” SB Account No.63001711801 the Provident Fund Office Anna Salai Chennai has made the wrong cheque in the name of SBI. However I contacted my banker(State Bank of Indore, Bhopal) as well as State Bank of India, TT Nagar, New Market Branch, Bhopal, they said that they have not received any letter or cheque so far. After putting several efforts in different way, I could found from State Bank of India Anna Salai Branch that these amounts were credited to another person's account on 29th March 2010 by State Bank of India, Anna Salai.
    From the above it clearly shows the irresponsibility and carelessness of both
    1) PF department has sent the cheque to WRONG Bank (now it is one and the same as it is merged)
    2) Bank has transferred that amount to wrong account and not to my account.
    I am a very poor earning member and depended on the salary. Because of this I could not even pay my son's & daughters school & college fees timely. Ultimately they both have taken drop this year. As I was not in the Job I had to borrow money on 20% interest. Now even that interest also I cannot offered.
    I request the Forum to get me relief from these and settle my claim totally comes to Rs.2.5 lakhs (From Bank & PF Department). I have changed my residing place also. The new address is mentioned below. Please release my payments with penalty amount and send it to new address.

    This is sushil from hyderabad and my account no.20020864616. Kapra branch. I went to bank, regarding change my mobile number and sms alerts. That branch manager, i don't know her name. she is thinking all people are thief s. And Co-employees are supporting her, she talking with customer very negligence. I have four Accounts in kapra branch, i am going to close all accounts in sbi, because of this reason.finally i tell her one thing customers are our gods. customers are giving salary to you...

    Dear sir,
    Very very poor response from bank
    We have taken car loan from SBI bank. We had issued limited signed cheque to SBI bank.
    The loan is on my brother's name & he is in London, we are ready to pay the due amout but
    no one is ready to give details about our due amout , installment due date and monthly installment.
    They were asking to come to the home branch and pay the loan amount. We are staying in Viman Nagar and loan branch is in other place which is very far away from our location. (Chinchwad)
    We received call from customer care but they dont have any details and don't have any right to give all information, I don't understand why they are calling if they don't have answer for question.

    I have complaint about Barclays Bank officials Mr. Anuj Vohra and Mr. Yatin Gupte. They are three character less people. We had approached them for loan and they asked for Bribe. We were in need of money so we paid part installment of the bribe. The sanctioned loan to us and after we started utilizing the limits . After which they insisted for further money which we refused. So they are threatening to cancel the limit. We complained Mr. Swayam (Hr at Barclays) Mr Sanjit Chowdhry by sending multiple emails but still no response and but still no action was taken against them.

    I think no one is looking these complaints; we are just wasting our time

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have applied for transfer of my Account with account no.63030684292 from SBI MP Nagar Branch,Bhopal to MANIT Branch, Bhopal around 1 month ago (around 23rd April 2011) and I was told by the MP managing authority that my account along with the CIF will be tranferred within a week to MANIT Branch. till then 1 month have passed but my CIF had not yet been transferred to MANIT Branch due to of which I am not able to take the facility of Internet Banking.

    I request you to please take some action against my complaint.

    Default Delay in the opening of bank account in sbi(kumardhubi branch)

    sir, i & my friends are trying to open account in SBI,(KUMARDHUBI BRANCH). BUT LAST FEW DAYS THEY SAID THAT THE FORM WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEN FROM LAST TWO DAYS NOBODY SITS ON THE COUNTER, THERE IS NO PARTICULAR NOTIFICATION ALSO THAT THE ACCOUNTS WILL BE OPENED OR NOT. ON 2ND AUGUST 2011 WE WAITED FOR NEARLY 3 HOURS AND THEN WE WERE RETURNED. PLEASE VALUE OUR TIME?

    Dear sir/madam

    My father(shivnath prasad) is of your customer at sasamusa branch(b. code-6024) in Bihar. After lost of his ATM card,he apply 4 times from April2011 to till date but still branch need a fresh application for ATM card. His a/c no. is 11451200380 & b.code 6024. My father is of 76 years old & he is not able to visit branch frequently. Branch staff & BM also not interested in it.
    so. sir please issue duplicate ATM card for convenience of my father, I am thankful for it.
