i have an account in sbi bank roj ka meo sohna (b. Code no. 6836) my account
no. Is 30140136222. I used my atm debit card at 24/12/2007 in badshahpur branch
i used my atm two times 1500+1500=rs-3000 but i didnt recieved my money from atm.
And the cash was debited from my account and third time i used my atm card in sohna main home branch and still there was same problem.and 1500+1500+1700= rs-4700 debited from my account. I complaint in all offices and head offices of sbi bank. Then i recieved my money back after 45 months. I asked them to pay the f. D. Rate intrest. But they refused to pay and treated my rudely.i am suffering with this problem from 45 months with health and mindly disturbense. I earned more than rs 5000 in this problem. I want claim from sbi bank for this..

I request u to pls take some action against my complaint.

Dear sir This is inrelation to bad behaviour and poor response from B. Reddy ,accountant sohela branch Bargarh dist ,Odisa.On 13th dec at about 11 am ,I went to accountant premises to know about the disturbance of ATM because the ATM was not functioning .But he replied me in an argumentative way and in an nonsence manner .Here it can be mentioned that the ATM problem was not the problem of that particular day ,but it continues upto a week and sometimes upto a month.secondly it can be also pointsd out that there was also a road strike aganist the rough behaviour of bank employee few months ago I hope the above problem can be solved through your proper guidence otherwisre I will be bound to refer the case to the higher authoriy . I had lost my pin for my ATM card on 2nd November 2011 and applied for a reissue of new pin on 3rd November 2011. But I was unable receive new pin till 12th December after which I applied for a new ATM and followed all the instructed procedure of re-issuing an ATM for my convenience. I have been following up this matter since then with the respective authorities of the bank which hasn’t been solved yet and at present despite of all inconveniences I am continuing with my account in your bank. Please consider my situation and take necessary steps.

This is i connection with bad behavior & poor response by all staff members & Manager of this Branch, SBI, ghatampur kanpur Nagar Branch, (branch Code:1057)
My sister (Shipra Nigam, A/c: 31813773738) has tried to contact Them atleast 10 times over a period of last one month regarding Every Month Deduction of Some Ammount but The response of all of Them has been awfully bad. They informed Her that due To some New Rules of SBI your Amt is Deducting so She Asked About that rules Then they are Not answering clearly and Saying Every month Your Ammount will deduct from your Account This way.
May I therefore request you to give suitable directions to branch manager to give the correct Information about amt Deduction.You are also requested to take appropriate action as deemed fit against all Staff Members including Branch manager because of very awful and poor behavior towards SBI customers. My All family Members Having Their account in The Same Branch So It is with lot of faith and SBI’s good response towards a software Engineer that I had advised my Sister to open her account with the SBI.
I have been unable to find any valid telephone number or email ID to forward my above complaint and request, hence I am forwarding it to you with a request to forward it to the appropriate authority for early necessary action.
