This is Vipin Goel from New Delhi. I have Sbi Credit card which was given to me by saying without annual chaRges in corporate scheme, but before using it, service chaRges was sent to me which was round about 550/- so I did complaint about it and told that please cancel my card or remove the service charges but after that more charges was appended to this and a statement was sent me regarding this. Which is now about 1400/-.
I called many time to Customercare but no one was responding. Please do the need full as I don’t want to pay the charges and want to refund the card as haven’t use the card till now.
This was the request which i sent and got the below mail from SBI stating to removed the all charges but nothing like that happend and more charges were appended in last two months and on one is responding.

This is with reference to your communication dated Dec 7 2011.
SBI Card Related: We have learnt vide your letter that you have expressed the desire to close your SBI card relationship, however, keeping in mind, our valued relationship and as a gesture of concern, we have credited Rs. 909.63 plus government service tax ( as per applicable charges) towards the annual membership fee,late fee and finance charges and credit for the same would reflect on your statement of account dated 15/12/2011.
Kindly note that your SBI card account is active for usage. We would request you to confirm the further course of action.
We however invite your kind participation in various offers introduced by SBI cards from time to time. We would also request you to visit our website for more details on the offers and programs offered by SBI cards.
Incase of any query , would request you to reply at feedback.gesbi@ge.com using the same subject line or contact the SBI Card helpline at 39 02 02 02 or 1860 180 1290 ( if calling from MTNL and BSNL lines ) . but after that on updation was done in my account so i wrote a mail as below.
Hi Divya,
I am addresing this mail to you after getting frustating as no one is responding and i haven't noticed any refelection in my account till now as mentioned below (credit for the same would reflect on your statement of account dated 15/12/2011).
I believe that you will personally look in to this and account charges will be removed and updated in my account.
