Dear Team RBI,
This is the complaint reg SBI Credit card department which even after a couple of mails my issue has not been resolved even after writing to SBI HEAD.The following mails i have been writing to SBI but nothing has happened so far.Kindly help.

Head SBI Credit Cards,
This is really surprising that my card is blocked and even after multiple verifications it has not been activated.I am SBI card user from last more than 5 years and never been a defaulter.And simply i get a response like
"We wish to inform you that we would be unable to reactivate your SBI card account. Please note that, as on date there are no dues payable to us."
I just wish to understand the reason behind the same and being a customer i have complete right to know why my card is not being activate.
Expecting a revert.

Dear Team SBI,
This is really surprising that even after writing mails to SBI head I have not received any response. Today i received a call from some credit card officer of SBI only and i got to know if in any case if card is blocked SBI doesn't activate or reissue the card. Amazing policy. Leave my case if any customer lost his card he will not have any other alternative but to block the same.In that case even will SBI not issue the cards.
Salute to such a policy. Probably last time i am writing this mail to SBI. In my entire family we have account with SBI and i will make sure to close all of them.
Why to deal with such a bank who is not bothered to understand a customer's problem.

I am little afraid to share such things with the Senior Management of SBI that is it the culture in SBI never to deliver in time or not to lisen to their super seniors or SBI has got so many customers that they do not want to retain the existing ones and just leave them after a high level of dissatisfaction.
Mr. Chandan Sharma(contact no 8802806216) from SBI cards approaced me for issuance of new card and said that he has already got approval for the same He only demanded my two dics which i gave at the same time.He said other documents i dont need as your record is already their with us. He committed that within 10 to 15 working days i will receive my card.Verification took place within 4 working days itself over phone and after that it is again blank when more than 25 days are over.
Can i expect a prompt action on this months long running matter?
