This an recent incident happend to my account. The account is debited with 15,000 Rs. though i have not done any transaction of that amount on that date. When inquired the branch, they informed that in the yr 2005 there was one ATM transaction of 15K which was not posted, so they have posted in Nov 2010 (after 5 yrs). When the branch is asced to check the transaction records of the account of that yr, they said there is no data of that yr with them of that period as they have migrated to online banking in the yr 2006. So the data prior to 2006 is not available with the bank. Now as per them there is no where this transwaction could be verified with.
Now need help where can i put my complaint against this act. As this is not feasble for anybdy to keep the ATM withdrawl slips of 5 yrs back.
