SUBJECT :initial amount not aded in lager and misuse of my signature

Dear Sir,

I have openig a/c in Nov 2010,
1). from since my initial amount not accounted in bank ladger.
2). to till ATM pin not recieved from bank and misused my signature By branch manager Mr. Pralhad Moudekar (Betawad Branch Dist Dhule. MH ) and wrong information provided by him to his Senier about my acount and ATM status.

I was in contact by mail with bank reginal executives & ATM channel manager but solved problem by him to tll date.
