Hello sir,

this is dipesh prabhakar,i have an account at sbi, chandrapura, bokaro, jharkhand.
I did my atm withdrawal of rs.1500/- on 2-jan-11 at bank of india atm but i dint get my money and it was deducted by bank from my account.

I made complain at bank by letter and also at customer care center (COMPLAIN NO.-AT42922778861)

I got reply that it will take maximum of 12 days from 27-oct-11, but till now i am just getting reply- it is under process,

its almost 10 months from the transaction date.
