I open my a/c in SBOP Safidon Branch, on 27/09/10 with the a/c no 65095895189. When i tried to give the application for net banking. Manager refused to take the application and said that give the application after some days. On 1st Dec 2010, in morning i visited the bank to give the application but Manager said why you come on 1st, because on 1st today is very rush. So come another day. I requested the manager that I do the job out of station and it is not possible for me to come another day. Today is also a working day n I am also a customer. So Manger said come afternoon. In the afternoon Manager provide me the handy kit of internet banking userid and password. and said it will be activated after 24 hrs. But after 5 days I am still not able to log on to through this internet user ID and password. It is still not activated. So i request to the higher authorities to take this matter seriously and do the needful for me..
