I am very upset with the most unprofessional systems of HDFC Bank CC department

in the Ist week of October I get an sms alert from the HDFC bank that my total due amount and minimum due amount is still unpaid on seeing which I was surprised but I thought it may be an error on the banks internal processes, again after 2 days I got a call from the credit card recovery department which was VERY RUDE and UPSETTING that I have not paid the minimum amount due and I need to immediately pay it. I requested them to be polite provided them with my accounts department concerned person along with his number to clarify the doubts.

Again on the next day I got a call from HDFC Credit Card Recovery department repeating the same old story and I asked my accounts person to give the details of our cheque through which the payment was made and to my shock your person on phone replied that we are lieing as a customer and HDFC bank has not received any cheque on which I told them I am sending my banks statement of the confirmation and it will be serious problem for the bank now.

Well the nutshell it is very unfortunate that I got associated with HDFC Bank and this is my Ist months experience which is so bitter in taste I really do not want to continue my relations with you I am cutting the card into 4 pieces and sending it back to you,Also I am sending a copy of this mail to the consumer court and filling a RTI in the court for an immediate action on the bank for the humiliation and anxiety I have gone through. I am not an illiterate you are dealing with I know my rights as an Indian in this country and I know how to exercise it.
