My dad had taken a hypotication loan for Shree Mata Mahila Multipurpose Co-Op Society Ltd ,Good Shed Road New Good Shed Road ,Dr S P M Road, Belgaum, Karnataka - 590001 for two vehicles a hero honda street and a maruti 800 but due to some financial difficulties he was unable to pay the loans .Then due to the increasing preassure of the loans he committed suicide about 5 years back. The bank confiscated both the vehicles while my dad was alive and auctioned the car but not the two wheeler and they still took us to court for the remainder of the loan amount I had to sell my ancestral property to clear off the loans. But now the bank say i still need to pay 95 thousand ruppes for the Hero Honda Street Two wheeler which had only a couple of installments left I am in a fix as I had nothing to do with the loan and had even instructed the bank to sell the two wheeler to recover their loan amount but they had just dumped the vehicle in the bank premises and now threatening with court orders .
I am worried as I lost my father for one loan and now because of the continuous pressure from the bank my mom is not keeping well I work 3 jobs to earn the livelihood for my family . Please help me in finding a solution as most of the lawyers are also in contact with the bank and are manipulated easily by its officials.
