I was having above card and regular pay master up till in 2001. There were discrepancies of Rs 4000/- where as I have given all the papers where they were on fault they have charged me excess amount that that is Rs.4000/- After long discussion and submitting all the papers bank rep had agreed that they are on fault.
Even then after that the entire recovery agent was coming to me but after seeing all the papers they had assured that everything will be settled Like Mr Ajay singh Chohan, Ms Urmila & Ms Reshma.
I Rs 4455/- was also credited in the card by Railway towards my refund in 2001-2002. I told them that you have now you have credit in my A/c please refund my money but up till 2003, after the gap of every six months as well as 1 year their recovery agent was apprachaning me over phone and after hearing my plea their reply was they will come back to me they had never given identification and name they have not reverted.
As they were harassing me by calling after all I sent legal notice through my Advocate on 16.12.2004 and that time some Ms Reshma telephoned me she is informed she looking this matter and not to pursue for legal.
As I was also businessman since 35 yrs. As well as I have credit cards since 15-20 yrs. I have credits in banks in this period I never defaulter for any payment.
So I thought this matter is over now and did not peruse merely for some amount as I don’t have time.
Yesterday on 10.12.2010 somebody telephoned me from Chennai and asking above Rs.100000/- for same credit card I was shocked and still not in position to explain you.
I request you now please help me for this type of harassment after six years.
