I would like to tell you that I have an account in Standard Charted bank at
Noida branch. I also must mention about my bad experience with Standard Chrated
bank.

As I have been charged approx 1600 rs from my account without my
information. And because of that I also had to suffer another loss as
I have updated my Standard charted account information in my saving
scheme at Reliance Mutual Fund, so I am charged some amount on 2nd of
every month. But because of this uninformed deduction I could not
deposited my saving installment and it lapsed.
When I asked about it to Standard Charted Customer care I was told
that this amount has been deducted under account non maintenance
charges.

I don't know what are these charges and why has been deducted without
any information and since when this deduction has been started.
I was told that this is a zero balance account and if it was required
to maintain this account by some particular amount why I was not
informed about it.
This incident has changed my perception about Standard Charted bank
and is forcing me to suggest other people also to not to have any
account in Standard Charted bank.

I request you pls. settled my this deduction ASAP.
