Dear Sir/ Madam, I have take personal loan from Manhattan - Standard charted bank.

and i was paying my EMI on time till oct 2011, but suddenly I recvd statement of 70,000/- including other charges of transfer for personel loan to Credit Card.

Immediately i called customer care of Standard chsrted bank and informed them, i waited and spoke to them for 25 minutes and briefed them about everything.

They said that you have given instruction to closed the loan and we have recording as proof.

They said that they will call me bu they didnt turned up. I agained called them and spoke to them for 25- 30 minutes they said same thing and after that I stopped called them.

Now they are calling and they amount is gone to 80,000/-.

I have informed that the mistake is from your bank side pls revert all unnecessary charges. and take the EMI's.

But this bank people are not ready and Threatening me alot.

I am ready to pay them as per my EMI and balance amount but How I can pay them more 11,000/-.

The Bank person Mr. Sidhachal- from Goregoan Branch is threatening me and saying Bank people will come to my home and Harm and then you have to pay any how.

Please help me out to solve this problem.
