Clear trip had an offer that if you make a transaction on Standard Chartered Debit card you will be getting a 10% cash back,so to confirm i had called up the standard chartered call center and they also told me that i will be getting a cash back without mentioning or guiding me on any information on entering a code ,the recording can be cross checked.Now when i am calling from 3 days for my cash back they told me we are checking and now on the last day they tell me you should have entered the code and you will not be getting the cash back.I feel i was misguided by not mentioning the terms and conditions by the agent which is the standard chartered bank fault.
