    Default Standard Chartered Phone Banking

    To whomsoever it is concerned

    I am a customer of Standard Chartered and my name is Wyendrila Roy. I lost my Debit Card today (28-03-2010) and I am trying to block the Debit card through Phone, the number I am calling is 011-23733888. Although, it is said that it can be reached 24 hours, but no one is picking the phone....I wonder it is a Bank or a Shop. Everybody is sleeping I guess...why? because its a Sunday or its already above 8 pm....I dont know what but what is the problem...I am not able to block my card and am sure going to lose my money. I even lost my HDFC card but I managed to block it on time so I am saved on that part. And thank God I have my Salary account in HDFC now. Although I have only Rs 3000 in my Standard Chartered account but what type of customer care service are they maintaining....this is so pathetic!....I am feeling so helpless... Can anyone help me plz

    I was axisting account holder from Saket branch Account no 53310193227, it was my salry account while i was in my previous company,after i left the company all my pf was tranfer here,so i dont want to touch my money as well as i never carry out my Atm card,i left at hom eandlock in my steel

    i went ther in southex on 4may 2010 to deposit money in my account the guy in the counter offer me to get credit card so i filled up the form and af he called me again for two days i told him i left my job how can i get credit card, he told me he will talk head office to bangalore no nead to worry,and as he said he ned to get my details but after i lost my money he never called me

    One things happen on May 9.2010,(Sunday) i went to my friends place i came back around 9pm i got sms in my mobile i was checking there is transaction for 50000 online tranfer three times and 2000 was there as soon as i read i called up customer care,the guy was telling me my money was tranfer to two account which am not aware of it,he give me comlaint no NITE82/LC/0510/021.AFTER THIS CONVERSATION AM STILL WANT TO CONFIMED I WENT TO PRIYA WHERE ATM THER I CHECK MY MIMI STATEMENT BUT the date was showing as monday date ten butit was happen on saturday night i got delay sms as well, they tranfer one lakh to Binod aman singh account no-54410369961 and one lady account Yainlamla luiyainao shimrey actno 52510331773 amount 52000 both of them are worked v customer care in gurgoun,

    The next day monday i went there to the branch i complaint about this i write complaint to manager as well as i file FIR to saket police station, i went sevaral times to meet Branch manager he keep on telling to wait for next week for evry weeek ,how long he want me to wait,the person cultprit already got even they address why it was the bank properties why they dont want to take serious step how long he want me to wait ,am suffer here in delhi without money and family
