this is n.krishna reddy , i have s,b.i saving bank a/c .on 27.12/2011

i went s.b.i atm . i have enter 100 rs it not came i taken receipt it shows unable to process, after some i have got message from s.b.i it showing 480rs in my a/c . actually i have 980 rs

i called customer care but no response from them , now in my a/c i have -520 rs i don t what is happened, i asked branch manager they said call to s.b.i customer care , i am not get anything
