Dear Sir

I am holding an SB account No.-00000010031244710 in SBI Branch , Banashankari 2nd Stage.
I have visited the ATM in hanumathanagar where transaction was rejected by the ATM but the amount has been debited in my account. I have lodge a complaint through the Customer care no.-AT42923105317. but they are unable to solve it. then i have given one application to the concerned branch also. and after 1 month , i am still waiting for my money get refunded in my account.

Again after i have lodge the complaint through the SBI site in January2012. and i got a Complaint Ticket Number : CC-1326099738896 .

So, almost after 2 month also, i am waiting for my refund. No, body is keen to help me out either from the branch or from the customer service center.

They are just promising me. It will happen and happen. They are just saying, this is matter of external services, so it will take time ..........., I dont understand how much???

So its a humble request , if u can do something about this.
