a sum of Rs 195000 has been wrongly deducted from my father's saving account . the account was in name of kailash chandra kandpal in sitarganj branch of state bank of india. the matter was reported to the branch manager on 24 june 2010.till now, no action about the deduction of money has been taken by the bank.u r requested to look into this matter so that the deducted money can be returned to my father's account.
