sub:--- complaint against state bank of india,vinukonda

respected sir,
i am account holder of sbi in vinukonda till 2007.in earlier it was as astudent account later they forwarded it as a saving account without any intimation and permission.i also forgiven that that thing but there are irresponsible.i applied for new ATM in last month the actual period to get the atm is 7 days but i didn't get till then i took the internet banking from bank by hand.the accountant said that it will be activated with in 24hrs but still its not working.they are not lifting the call and their customer service is too poor.they won't give the proper response to the customers and they are not doing the work properly its against to the consumer rights.so, please save the rights.
