This is Prakash. V, holding my salary account in SBM. I had a failed ATM transaction in the month of may 2011 and till now the issue is not solved. I had written many complaints to SBM and even to Banking Ombudsman but its of no use, recently i have received a letter from Banking Ombudsman saying that the transaction was completed as per SBM records. But I am sure that the transaction was not completed and I have enough proof for that. Can any one please help me regarding this?
