Dear Sir/Madam,
As I was trying for money on 12-09-10 around 9.15pm at state bank of patiala naraina atm. but due to the some error in system screen of atm had gone. I tried so many time but screen not came. Security guard of that atm was also standing along me and he was also trying for the same. But on 13-09-10, I found Rs.5000/- short in my acccount. When we contact to the bank regarding the same and asked for cctv camera to Mr.Sharma (Bank employee) but they refused to provide the same.
I humbly request to you to take action against the same.
