Hi,

On Dec 17th, 2011, I checked my Axis bank account and found that Lien Balance as 74,985.91 and Effective Balance as -50,224.12.

I called Axis bank customer care and they said it was detected due to credit card usage in past. I had a UTI credit card in past which was lost around 5 years ago. I called them to deactivate it and close my account. I did not used it single time but they are saying I have in debt of 75000Rs..
I am having this account since last 3 years. It is my salary account and they detected all money from my account without any information and approval from my end. Moreover, they are not doing anything, they are just keep saying that call tomorrow.

Please help me out in this case. My whole money gone. Axis bank stole it. Please help me.
