Hello, I would like to bring to your notice the issue in which the bank manager of The Karnataka State Co-operative Apex bank Ltd R.T.branch has deducted Rs/- 55, 800.00( fifty thousand eight hundred rupees towards a mortgage loan taken by my father with out my knowledge or approval.

I had transferred Rs/- 60,000.00 (sixty thousand ) form another bank in order to close my Gold loan in an effort to reduce the financial burden on me. However the moment the fund transfer was credited into the Apex bank savings bank account the manager of the branch (Mr.R S MASALI) has transferred the sum of 55,800.00 to the mortgage loan account as he claims he was answerable to his higher authorities in his bank since the loan account of my father was overdue.

He also told me that he need not inform me before initiating any transfer from my savings account.

I would like to reach out to you to please look in to the matter and substantiate as to how any fund transfer can be conducted with out informing me or my consent?

I would like my fund to be transferred back to my account. Initiating any transaction on an individuals account with out the individuals knowledge amounts to misuse of the funds.

Also this has caused great trauma to me in terms of the financial burden going up on my account as i had decided to close one loan and channelize efforts to assist in clearing the other loan at the earliest. now the burden is quite high and i will have to be at the mercy of this bank manager who is deciding how i should clear the loan . it's almost like the bank manager owns the account.

This is a fraudulent use of powers and i would like stringent action taken against the staff and the branch manager who has approved this transaction with out my consent .

I would like my grievance to be addressed and also to make aware that this sort of self decided practices should not me meted out to customers.
I'm sure there are other customers who would be suffering similarly and not talking about it and suffering in silence , and also may be actually be driven to contemplate extreme steps due to such callous and irresponsible actions taken by few employees of the bank.

Request you to kindly look in to this matter and provide relief at the earliest.
