dear sir, on 09/8/11 i tried to withdraw Rs. 13000/- from PNB ATM but transition did not take place, whereas money was deducted from my a/c. My complain in customer care was rejected stating that the transition is ok. The video footage showing my presence in the ATM but did not showing receiving cash. In this regard, despite several complaints to the dealing branch and RTI also, my grievances has not yet been solved.
