Unauthorised purchasing through debit card
sir,
sir my ATM/DEBIT Card has lost on 29 july and i blocked my a/c on 30 july, and between this time some one has unauthorizedly purchase some things of Rs 15429/- from CROMA (Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida) without my signature on reciept .the shopkeeper did not match my signature with that person and also he do not took any ID from him and allow them. I have already filled complaints , but i am confused that what i have to do ? * Weather i have to fill complaints against shopkeeper ?
