Dear Sir/Madam,

My Bank of India SB A/c name YOGITA PANDEY and A/c no. is 680010110002643 of Hazratganj, Lucknow main branch. My passbook shows a withdrawl of Rs.8500.00 dated 30/12/2010 while I have not used my ATM or withdraw any money from the bank account on that day.

As requested for, provided letters and talked to Bank of India officials they have not provided me any information, except that it is an ATM debit told by Branch Manager but not the detail. Following up, I have also enquired from ATM officials at the Gomti Nagar Bank of India ATM office 4th floor for two weeks where the result was same no information.

After a week lodged a complaint online at the Bank of India website with reference no. 985371. Still there was no response.

At last when i come to know from my relatives about Consumer Court Forum, i have applied here where i have the last hope to receive justice - More detail about the ATM debit or money credit into my account.

For more information, i have not used my ATM or any other bank transaction on that account since then.
