Respected Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice about my genuine complaint which is not being redressed by the UBI, Annexe Building, DGMS, Dhanbad (IFSC UBI No. 552909). I had visited UBI ATM on 1st Oct. 2011 around 9.30 a.m. for withdrawing money (Rs. 6000/-). However I neither received cash nor the slip. Thereafter I lodged a written complaint in the concerned branch, immediately. After much follow up, On 15th oct. 11, I was informed verbally by the authorities that ATM transaction is okay so you cannot get back the cash. When I insisted to give them in writing, then they started harassing me by taking dilly dally approach. After lapse of so many days, I was given a written reply on 28th oct. 11 that I cannot be given back Cash as the ATM transaction is okay.
Now I request you to help me in getting me my Cash which did not come out from the machine. If the bank assumes that I have received the cash then I request you to ask the concerned branch to give me proof of the samei.e. I have received the cash. I am a lower level salaried employee of DGMS Dhanbad and I am facing hardships due to lack of money. I hope you will take pains to enable me to get back the Cash which I had tried to withdraw from the ATM.
