dear sir,
we are valued customer of union bank of india having more than 10 current running accounts with the branch. but the branch staff behaviour is worst. they are not giving pay in slips, d.d. application forms, & other important stationery for which our business is suffering. they are alsocharging various hidden bank charges. they don't clarify for the same.
