the Punjab National Bank, Mehandia Branch, Arwal, Bihar has very poor customer handling relationship. There is no person to control the mob like situation. there are no staff to update the passbooks of customer. for taking out your money through check also need at least two to three hours of fighting like situation in the bank. even after complaint there is no redreesal.
