I had a balance of 500 USD in Forex Travel card and its balance has been withdrawn by Zuari forex now
Hede consultancy without my signature and without my knowledge and after following up with them they
had issued me new card and promised me to transfer the last credit balance in new card
but after almost a year they have failed to do so and now giving me excuse that their employee had done
fraud and they are investing the matter.

I registered the official complaint to ICICI Bank and they are sending emails after every 15 days that they
are investigating the transaction.

Let me know if anybody can help me .
