In Switzerland I used my Royal Bank of Scotland N.V Debit card to fill the fuel in my car. I used it twice for 50.05 CHF and 40.60 CHF on 26/06/10 and 28/06/10 respectively. The rate of Swiss Franc was around Rs 42.50 but my bank statement shows that Rs 6651.32 has been deducted on 26/06/10 and again the same amount has been deducted on 20/06/10. This is very unusual and large amount has been deducted. I tried calling ABN AMRO customer care but yet not I received any answer.
I sent the mails to their service department and a seprate mail to Associate Manager
Corporate Segment,The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V but no body responded me at all.
I can provide you the scanned copy of Petrol pump reciepts and my bank statements as a proof.
