Dear Sir,

As i am a corporate clint of SBI Mannarkkad, i have some a complaint to report to you.
Even though it was not a bank holiday, On 26th October 2010 the bank was completly closed even the shutter was not opened. when i called the branch manager his official mobile was switched off, then i called the one of the Senior person in the same branch, as per the same gentleman, due to the ellection work on 25th october 2010 we all are on holiday. Then i called the RBM Palakkad to double check. RBM said he will check and get back to me, which didn't happened at all.

I am a bisiness man having a company called VANGUARD LOGISTICS, in Mannarkkad, i am the ITC LIMITED WHOLE SALE DEALER,

My daily cash deposit is arround 6 to 7 lakhs minimum. on 26 th october 2010 i was holding nearly 12 lakhs Rupees.
My safe in the office is insuered to keep 10 lakhs cash only, also i have to send RTGS to ITC Limited on a daily basis except on bank holidays, which is arround 6 to 7 lakhs then only i will get the stock from ITC Limited.

Due to this i have loss 2 days sale, i would like to know the actual reason for closing the bank on 26th october 2010. if it happen again then you will be forcing me to change my bank.
