Dear sir,

Since last 15 days, my vodafone outgoing services are blocked by vodafone. by reminding them many of times, they did not give proper response to me. they advice me to go the vodafone store to complaint. but due to lack of time & no vodafone store nearby my residence i can not complaint to the vodafone store. So it is very difficult me to operate my phone. specially when immergency comes my phone will unusable to me. so request you to take some favourable action.
