i am having an a/c in your bank with a/c no.. 053501500342 in anakapalle, vizag dist. i am an agent for ICICI prudential life insurance the bank has given me a zero balance account. but on 24/02/10 Rs. 827 has been deducted stating the reasons QABCGHS,DEC. the reason may please be intimate. or credit the same amout. in this connection my earlier letter no. nil dated.25/04/2010 may please be refered. my present address is K.V.Sujatha., Qtr NO. 15 block 9, DAD quarters, Someswara pura, ulsoor baroda.
