This is to inform you that my ICICI Bank account (003101214668) is a ZERO BALANCE saving account and it is linked with ICICI Demat Account. As per your customer care executive, my account is still ZERO BALANCE saving account. If my account is ZERO BALANCE saving account then why there is a deduction of Rs- 827 as QAB charges from my account? The money was deducted on 19 October 2011 since it is a ZERO BALANCE account. There shouldn’t be such deduction. It was my Zero Balance Account at opening time because I had opened this account with my ICICI Direct Demat account. I need my all my QAB deduction return back in my account.

This is the second time that I am complaining same thing. I have complained earlier regarding the same.

HOW CAN YOU CONVERT MY ACCOUNT FROM ZERO BALANCE TO NORMAL SAVING ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION? I NEED ALL MY QAB DEDUCTIONS (INR 827.00) BACK ASAP OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT. I HAVE ALL MY ACCOUNT PROOFS WITH ME AND I WILL BRING ALL THE DOCS WITH ME.
