I take home loan from standard chartered bank my loan acc number is 47861169
i reqwest to bank pri close my hoam loan, i reqwerst on 10 th oct 2011 my ref id is amit/ar/1011/44, but still after 8 days they not provide me pri-closer letter
i call to phone banking many time but they replied they not found approval from above person
i cant understand why after 8 days not approv from bank ? , as i have ready payment for close my hoam loan,
i want to claim with bank after today i will not pay any kind of intrest on same loan, because i had allready reqwest to bank give me pri-closer amount so i cna close my account,however from bank side not any response for priclose my loan
pls do need ful and take action against bank
