i rao kheem singh being a savings account holder in s.b.i gowlida branch hyderabad-500095. Branch code : 2724 , my account no. 30785932822
sir i oened this account last year in the month of may-09
but have not yet received my atm card , and my chq. Book.
In return to my several compliants in bank , they charged me additional amount for chq. Book and provided me the other . But yet i have not received my first chq. Book which i must be receiving with out any charge in my account.

So, its my kind request to you plz..plz.. Kindly provide me my atm card , and chq. Book.. Its past an year since i opened this account. I gave several compliant letters in the branch but those peoples never responded and used to tear the letter....

So its my humbel request to u , to plz provide me my atm card and chq. Book
