Hello Sir/Mam
At first I would like to introduce myself as Mr. Abhijit Dey. I am having tremendous problem with my AVIVA LIC account.
No.1, the agent who had sold the plan to me gave all wrong informations regarding the plan. She told me that the policy could be stopped and total amount could be withdrawn after completion of 1year while in reality, I can not withdraw my money before 30years from the commencement of the policy.
No.2, she told me that the profit for the last 5years had been more than 40%/year while after I took the policy, the money kept drowning for next 4years thereafter.
No.3, The lady agent is now absconding and I am in absolute loss due to this policy.
No.4, I went to Aviva office, Nehru Place, New Delhi, enquired on this policy. They told me that since I could not withdraw all my money before 30years, best option was that I should withdraw a partial amount out of the 1.27lacs I had in my account as fund value at that time and make the policy paid up and ZERO sum assured against death and then there would be no charges or deduction from my fund value. Only Rs.60-Rs.100 would be deducted per month. So, I had withdrwan Rs.68,000 out of Rs.127,000 I had in my account. So, balance was Rs.59,000+ 5-6months back.

However, when today(on 27th Jan 2012) I checked my fund value, Rs.36,000 was deducted from my account in last 5months and my current value is now Rs.23000 instead of Rs.59,000. The 36,000 they have deducted is my hard earn money and I gathered/saved this money in 18 installments and they have deducted this money mercilessly, at one go.

Hence, I have no other option but to seek your help and intervention to kindly intervene and help me out in getting all my Rs.59,000 back and get the policy closed after I get my this Rs.59,000 from Aviva. Please please help me out on the same.
